Main duties of the job

To provide a comprehensive administrative support service to the Director of Research and Innovation, as well as all senior members of the R&I department, including minuting meetings and coordinating action logs, making appointments, answering the phone, and typing letters and documents as required

Detailed job description and main responsibilities
To provide an efficient and effective clerical and administrative support service to a designated team in accordance with Trust policies and procedures.

To communicate with staff, managers and clients, both written and verbally in a professional, sensitive and courteous manner, maintaining confidentiality at all times.

To attend regular meetings with the supervisor and assessor and attend training sessions leading to an Apprenticeship Certificate

  • Maths and English GCSE or equivalent

  • Maths and English GCSE Grade C/4 or above or equivalent


I.T.Essential criteria
  • Knowledge of microsoft applications
