Job Description

£19,760 + bonus + 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays) + exceptional benefits

Part-time or Full-time hours will be considered.

If part-time, must work Monday, Thursday and either Tuesday or Wednesday – flexible start and finish times.

Working closely with our ‘extremely’ talented Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will learn the basics of social media, supporting all administrative tasks that relate to enhancing our corporate and employer brands.

What we need from our Communications Administrator:

• Social media mogul! You must have a passion for the power of social media and be able to demonstrate strong technical ability using different applications. This could be work placed or personal experience.

• Exceptional Administrator - Adept in word, excel, outlook, PowerPoint, social media scheduling tools, great planner, well-organised, attention to detail, the list goes on!

• A flare for writing – Through written and visual content, you will bring to life topic ideas that appeal to our target audience. Exceptional literacy skills are essential.

• Enthusiastic & fun - We are an innovative and creative bunch with a long list of marketing ideas to implement. A sense of fun is crucial in grasping our brand tone.

What you will do as our Communications Administrator:

• Manage our job board advertising.

• Support best practice with daily planning, scheduling, and posting campaigns, reporting on their success to inform future strategies.

• Support the creation & running of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & Twitter campaigns to earn natural SEO links and PR exposure.

• Support the creation of engaging graphics with vibrant, contemporary content for website, blogs, and promotional literature.
