The Position / Candidate              

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Scrub Nurse or ODP, ideally with post registration experience within an ophthalmic theatre.

You will primarily be assisting with cataracts removal, but will also assist with Glaucoma, Refractive Surgery, Retinal Surgery.

Experience within ophthalmology is beneficial but is not essential as full training will be provided.

Shift Patterns

4 x 8am - 6pm, between Monday and Friday

1 in 4 Saturdays

Salary & Benefits     

The salary on offer is up to £33,000, depending on experience

  Essential Requirements      

Registered Nurse (RN) or Operating Department Practitioner (ODP) qualification        

Current NMC/ HCPC  registration        

Scrub experience in theatres
