Compass Associates are proud to be working alongside the UK's leading provider of Physiotherapy and Associated services, who are looking for a Senior MSK Physiotherapist and Clinical Mentor to join their team based in Cardiff, South Wales.

My client is led by a Clinical Management team, with leading Physiotherapist's making part of the Executive team. This enables my client to understand the needs of the patient and staff alike, which helps in the delivery of an outstanding level of care daily. Be it within clinic or as part of the largest Community Physiotherapist's that is not part of the NHS or large private hospital group.

The Candidate

This is a great opportunity for a Physiotherapist who has completed their BSc in Physiotherapy (2:2) to join a team of Physiotherapist's on the delivery on an outstanding patient experience. You will be registered with the HCPC and have CSP Membership.

This role is 60% clinical and 40% training, within your 3 clinical days you will be able to demonstrate your ability to manage your own caseload. Within the remaining 2 days you will be supporting a team of 10 Physiotherapist's within the area, with their development. This will include telephone consultations, group telephone consultations, peer observation, group sessions and one to one mentoring  

My client welcomes an enthusiastic and motivated professional, who is keen to continue their professional development, which is supported with 2.5 hours CPD a week. The service is open Monday to Friday, 09:30am - 17:30pm, with the role being a full-time position of 40 hours per week.  

Requirements

BSc Degree in Physiotherapy 2:2 or above

HCPC Registration

Full CSP Membership

An effective communicator

Demonstrate ability to work as part of a team

Be a Motivated and Enthusiastic individual

Up to date CPD folder

Location

This position is commutable from Newport, Bridgend, Barry, Chepstow, Aberdare and Pontypool.
