Compass Associates are extremely proud to be working in partnership with the UK's most trusted Eye Care specialist, in the search for an Optical Sales Representative to develop business within the local ophthalmology sector. This role will primarily be focused across North London and Home Counties. This is a field based role, however due to current climate, it will be remote                 

This company has been awarded 'Top Rated Eye Hospital' by patients on Doctify and are renowned for their top of the range services. Along with their fantastic environment and excellent benefits, this is an attractive opportunity for an experienced sales specialist within the sector. This is an exciting, brand-new position which has been created to help drive and grow the business.      

The Role    

As a member of the commercial team, your role will be to drive referrals by establishing positive relationships with local optometrists and GPs plus develop new revenue streams where opportunity exists.                

Experience within the optical/ ophthalmology market and field based sales is desirable, however, you may be considered for this opportunity if you have substantial proven experience in specialist health care. You must have experience of developing superb relationships, be a strong self starter and have a commercial mindset. The successful candidate will need to be confident, ambitious and results driven.                

Salary & Benefits      

This position is paying a basic salary of up to £30,000 per annum. This comes with the ability to gain a 30% bonus through meeting targets, along with an annual car allowance of £5,000.
