Athona is currently recruiting for a full time General Adult Specialty doctor on a substantive basis. This position will be working within a NHS hospital in London in a community mental health team. The proposed start date is as soon as possible but 3 months' notice will also be feasible.

To be eligible for this role we are looking for someone with;

• A GMC license to practice in the UK
• Minimum of 3 years' experience working in psychiatry
• At least 6 months recent employment on a general adult ward
• Section 12 approval is desired

• Attendance at the Imperial MRCPsych courses for those who intend to sit the RCPsych examinations
• One to one supervision with a Consultant
• Participation in local CPD activities
• This post is designed to equip doctors who want to develop toward further progression in their professional career through multiple opportunities. From this post you may gain up to four referees required for application to Article 14 if the post-holder is willing to apply to the Specialist Register
