Qualifications and Experience

Essential criteria

• HCPC Registration
• Excellent communication skills
• Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent.
• Specialist post-graduate qualifications relevant to the role
• Masters degree or equivalent clinical practice experience or willingness to undertake.
• Minimum of 5 years post registration experience in a specialist musculoskeletal role.
• Participation in service development including audit.
• Excellent organisation abilities and able to work autonomously.
• Evidence of CPD activity especially in area of specialism
• Experience in staff management.
• Ability to provide supervision, training and support to colleagues and members of healthcare team.
