What you will do:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of children's fine motor, gross motor, sensory processing, self-care, and functional skills using both standardised and informal tools.
- Develop and implement tailored, goal-oriented therapy plans based on each child's developmental needs and family priorities.
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions in a variety of settings, including clinics, homes, schools, and community environments, to support children's daily activity participation.
- Collaborate closely with parents, caregivers, teachers, and multidisciplinary professionals to ensure a consistent and holistic approach to therapy.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation, progress reports, and case notes while adhering to professional and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- BSc in Occupational Therapy.
- 2-4 years of paediatric experience in occupational therapy.
- Membership with both RCoT and HCPC is essential.
- Ideally residing in Hampshire or willing to relocate.
- Willingness to travel locally as required for community-based work.
