Training Manager

An extremely rare and exciting opportunity as arisen for an experienced Training Manager to join a forward thinking leading care provider.

My client is a leading homecare and social housing operator providing exceptional quality care within homes across the UK. My client is very passionate about care standards and prides themselves on providing exceptional care services across Scotland

You will be required to coordinate the trainers and deal with any training queries. You will cover the Scotland area; there is a lot of travelling involved in this role. The role will generally be a 9am – 5pm role with some flexibility depending on location you are required to travel to.

The ideal candidate will have a strong proven track record of working within the care sector with some management experience. You should be confident in the delivery of all aspects of training. You need to be self-motivated, ambitious, highly organised and be able to work to deadlines.

My client is currently seeking a motivated and committed Training Manager to:
- Revaluate current training packages
- Manage training process
- Manage a staff team
- Ensure mandatory training throughout the group is up to date


The successful candidate will have the following experience and qualifications:

- Management experience
- Training background
- Experience in Care / Health Industry
- To demonstrate training achievements
- D32/ 33/ 34/ or A1/V1 Assessors award (Desirable)

In return the successful candidate will receive a fantastic comprehensive manager’s salary package, including:

- A basic salary of up to £28,000
