A new fantastic opportunity has arisen to become a Personal Assistant to the Chairman and Managing Director of a reputable care provider based in Newcastle.

For this position it is essential that the successful candidate has:
- Experience working as a Personal Assistant to Director or above
- Grade C or above in A Level English
- Proficient in typewriting and good at English grammar.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Must be tactful in dealing with people.
- Discretion, good judgment ability, adaptable and versatile individual.
- Organisational skills or management ability.
-Initiative and ability to operate independently.

Duties will include:
- Screening telephone calls, and handling requests, and enquiries, when appropriate
- Maintaining and organising diaries and planning and scheduling appointments and meetings
- Creating spreadsheets, composing correspondence, managing databases
- Conducting research and disseminating information through telephone, websites, mail services, and e-mail
- Making decisions and assigning work in line with Chairman/Managing Directors requests

For this position my client is offering a fantastic salary up to £22,000Per Annum with excellent employee benefits.
