Lead Occupational Therapist Job, Cambridge, Suffolk

On behalf of my client a leading Care provider in mental health and learning disabilities I am looking to recruit a Lead Occupational Therapist for their brand new Occupational Therepy department in Suffolk.

Experience
You will need to be a high calibre individual with experience of leading a team within the field of mental health or learning disabilities, have at least 3 years post qualification experience and at least 2 years managerial experience within a healthcare setting.

Person
You will need to hold fantastic communication skills, be a natural leader and be passionate about Occupational Therepy in the field of Learning Disabilities and Mental Health.

In return for your expertise my client is offering a fantastic working package including salary of between £37'116 - £41'249, enhance annual leave entitlement of 30days PLUS Bank holidays, free staff meals, free staff parking and personal pension scheme.
