    The Resourcing team within Priory Group acts as a Centre of Excellence by supporting and advising the business on all areas of candidate attraction and selection. We work very closely with our divisional colleagues to offer a seamless Resourcing service that helps attract and retain the very best candidates.

    Due to the growth of our business and the development of our division, the Priory Healthcare and Partnerships in Care recruitment team is expanding. We are therefore looking for experienced resourcing professionals who can operate in a fast paced, quality driven environment.

    Comfortable with ambiguity and change you will support the Healthcare candidate attraction and recruitment strategy by liaising with candidates and facilitating them through the recruitment process. You will ideally have worked in-house for a healthcare organisation or for an agency directly sourcing healthcare candidates such as Nurses & Support workers achieving weekly and Monthly KPI's.

    * Previous experience of sourcing directly within a healthcare business or agency

    * Demonstrable success in proactively engaging with job seekers

    * Understanding of digital recruitment solutions and job seeker behaviour

    * Fluent in the use of social media & LinkedIn as a recruitment tool

    * An established network of contacts within the industry
