We are recruiting for an Administrator to undertake the Site Learning and Development Administration (SLA) role. The successful applicant will join the HR team at Roehampton.
We are seeking someone who will have recent experience of working in an administrative role, preferably within healthcare, and someone who can be proactive and efficient in the delivery of an effective training system to ensure we remain compliant against industry standards for all training activity within the hospital
You will be reporting into the HR Manager.
In addition, you will be given a fully integrated induction plan, alongside regular supervisions and performance reviews to ensure you are supported within your role
Key Accountabilities for the SLA Role:
- Maintaining and updating all training records within the hospital, which include training registers, maintining our online training database, highlighting all
- Liaising with all site and external trainers to confirm availability, book training dates and confirm training outcomes
- Liaising with staff to communicate training bookings, managing training bookings and communicating to staff any reminders about training out of date, or nearing expiry.
- Assisting with HR administration, filing, minute taking, photocopying and report construction where approopriate
- Ensuring site compliance for training is maintained at 90% and above at all times, and ensuring where this is not met, that it is escalated to HR & Senior Management accordingly.
