Compass Associates are proud to be working with a specialist inpatient/rehabilitation hospital providing care and treatment for adults with Learning Difficulties as well as autism spectrum conditions and challenging behaviours. The hospital has a Good CQC report and is part of a private healthcare group with services across the UK. My client are looking to recruit a Senior Occupational Therapist preferably from a learning disabilities/ASC background. It is essential for this position you hold an the appropriate occupational therapy degree and are HCPC registered.
This role is an exciting opportunity for a senior occupational therapist looking for a senior post working part time. To apply for this most you must be HCPC registered; have sound organisational skills; the ability to carry a caseload and work closely with them and their carers and external agencies; will promote a person centred approach to case management; able to work both in a team environment and autonomously; will be adaptable and capable of prioritising your workload; have knowledge of team working, clinical governance, budget management and supervision of staff is essential and must be prepared to actively market the service and liaise with external customers and regulators.

This role is based in Sandwell and is commutable from West Bromwich, Oldbury, Birmingham, Edgbaston, Halesowen
