Eclypse Recruitment is looking to recruit an experienced and qualified radiology manager for treatment centres located in Bristol and Wiltshire.

In addition, they provide diagnostic services. We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HCPC registered radiographer to manage radiology services. While the role is based in Bristol, it comes with responsibility for the centre in Devizes with the expectation of travel between the two sites.
The role will include operational management and leadership plus general radiography duties. It provides the opportunity to oversee and schedule an experienced team of radiographers, radiologist, sonographer, clerical and other support staff to undertake a varied workload; covering consultant clinics, ward and theatre patients.
While reporting to the head of nursing and clinical services, you will ensure that you and your team deliver high quality patient care from scheduling to delivery and evaluation in line with our client's model of care, ensuring workload is managed effectively. You will work alongside other radiology managers throughout the organisation and the diagnostic imaging lead to ensure standards are met and maintained.
The working pattern for this role is primarily 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday but there is an expectation to provide cover for some short shifts 7am to 3pm or 1pm to 9pm. The rota would be managed by the successful candidate who would also be expected to take part in on-call as part of the management team.
To be successful in this role you will have: -
Excellent salary circa £40,000.
