This is an excellent opportunity for an Outpatient Physiotherapist to join our experienced and dedicated team working in state of the art facilities where you will be able to develop your clinical skills and experience.
The Cambridge Centre for Health and Performance is part of Spire Cambridge Lea Hospital, the region’s premium private healthcare provider, Progress operates from a state-of-the-art facility in Cambridge and is an advanced sports medicine and physiotherapy centre assisting in treatment and rehabilitation using some of the most advanced technologies available to support recovery and improve performance.
The Hospital is going through a £10 million refit which will modernise our 5 Theatres and 44 bedded ward. Also included in the upgrade will be the Imaging and short stay departments, increasing the number of pods to 19. The Endoscopy suite will also be JAG compliant level and there will also be an extended 2 bed recovery unit.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a lead role in the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of patients within in-patient and out-patient services here at Spire Cambridge Lea Hospital. We’ll look to you to provide highly skilled and specialist services to patients while delivering clinical leadership, management support and educational expertise to the team. A role model for quality improvement, you will support team members to enhance their skills and suggest ideas to develop practice throughout the team to improve the patient experience.
Passionate about caring, you will have a degree in physiotherapy or equivalent together with postgraduate experience in a relevant specialism, such as muscular skeletal physiotherapy. Alongside experience of clinical leadership, including developing peers, you will need an up-to-date understanding of developments in your specialism. Ideally a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy with or working towards an MSc, you will be HCPC registered. Your concern for standards and commitment to driving excellence will set you apart.
