Reliable, hardworking, empathetic Support Worker needed!
I am currently working on behalf of one of the UK's leading healthcare provider that is looking to appoint a new full-time Support Worker into their service in Bristol. As a company, they provide care to service users with learning disabilities, complex needs and challenging behaviours as well as associated mental health conditions. Clients within the services vary in ages from 18- 80.
The service itself is a long-stay residential home for service users with learning disabilities and/or Mental Health conditions.
The successful applicants will assist the line manager is the coordination and operational management of their supported service. Together with the service manager you will be responsible for delivering hands on personal care to the service users in the services. You will provide support that enables the people we support to achieve the outcomes of their individual Person-Centred Plans. In doing so you will carry out all aspects of the role within the guidance of the Organisation's vision, mission, ethos and values, enabling the people we support to maximise their independence, choice and control.
Applicants looking to apply should:

* You will also have exceptional relationship building skills and work well as part of a team.
* A clean driving license is ideal as the work includes encourages services users to undertake activities in the community
Pay: £7.70 per hour
You needn't have any prior experience in the care industry for this position but be able to demonstrate a passion for the care sector and care delivery as that is paramount to the role. The company offer fantastic training for the development of their staff so they have the necessary skills to progress further if desired.
