CCS Compass Corporate Services are currently seeking to recruit a proactive Training Manager to join a large healthcare provider to deliver leadership and mandatory training.
An exciting job opportunity has arisen for a qualified trainer and L&D professional to join an established independent healthcare organisation to oversee the provision of; mandatory, vocational and leadership and management training. This role reports into the HR Director and will manage a small team.
It will be your responsibility to implement a strategic business plan across the organisation. You will need to ensure that all training is up to date and compliant. Key responsibilities will to be project manage, coach, design, and deliver learning and development solutions.
You must be able to prioritise your work load well, manage your own diary and be flexible. The ideal candidate must be a true leader who is hands on and resilient.
This role will be based out of Central London but occasion travel will be required to other services so the occasional over night stay may be required.
Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
Minimum of 4 years experience within a similar role (Training Manager or L&D Manager)
Proven experience of coaching team members
Educated to degree level
Formal Learning and Development Qualification
