Their Northampton Hospital in Northamptonshire is looking to bring in an Endoscopy Practitioner.
In order to be considered you should demonstrate the following:
*Providing quality planned care across the endoscopy patient pathway, supporting and assisting the Endoscopy Practitioner Lead in the management and organisation of care provision within the endoscopy unit.
*Developing own competence to deliver effective care and treatments through improving clinical/technical knowledge / skill, and expertise.
*Communicating appropriately with others involved in the care of the patient.
*Acting as an advocate for safeguarding patients; demonstrate courage to speak up when there are concerns about care.
*Demonstrating commitment to improving care and the patient experience.
*Providing quality planned care for patients undergoing endoscopic procedures within own scope of practice.
