What does a Physiotherapist do at healthcare at home?
As a physiotherapist with healthcare at home you will assist with the smooth transition of the patient from the hospital back into their own home. From here you will assist with comprehensive holistic assessments to produce a person centered, goal orientated care plan with the main aim being to ensure personal targets/objectives are achieved and a positive contribution to the multi-disciplinary team is made. We would need you to feel confident treating a mixture of patients dealing with acute/orthopaedic and respiratory conditions. It is important that a high standard of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) is maintained and healthcare at home regulations are adhered too.

What skills, qualifications and qualities do I need to be successful?
Fundamentally we are looking for therapists who are dedicated to offering outstanding professional patient care, it's at the heart of what you do.
You will be a HCPC registered physiotherapist who has ideally completed their rotations within the NHS. You will also have the ability to work autonomously, whilst being an effective team player and taking a self-motivated, energetic and positive approach to work
As this is a regional role travelling to visit patients in their home setting, therefore it is crucial that you have full UK driving licence.
