Compass Associates are proud to be representing a leading primary care clinic in their search for a patient liaison officer to join their team. The successful candidate will report directly to the practice manager and will be given extensive training and development opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who has a keen interest in private healthcare and is looking for a customer facing opportunity.
THE POSITION - PATIENT LIAISON OFFICER - PRIVATE HEALTHCARE
The successfully candidate will be expected to ensure that the highest levels of customer service are delivered through out the patients journey at the clinic attending to their every need
You will liaise with potential and existing patients and respond to enquiries regarding the service, scheduling appointments as required, explaining fee structures and handling documentation for appointments
The post holder will maintain an accurate log of all new patient calls and enquiries, taking responsibility for capturing and entering all data onto the practice management system.
You will organise tests and scans as required both within and co ordinate the necessary appointments and ensure that all the relevant clinical information is sent to the specialists or hospital on time.
THE CANDIDATE - PATIENT LIAISON OFFICER - PRIVATE HEALTHCARE
Qualified to degree level
Ability to organise own workload, prioritise multitask effectively
Computer literate with excellent IT skills
Good understanding of customer service
Excellent verbal and non verbal communication skills
Good time keeper
Friendly and hold the ability to work as part of a team
LOCATION - PATIENT LIAISON OFFICER - PRIVATE HEALTHCARE
The position is based on Harley Street and is commutable from Central London, Greater London and surrounding areas.
