Summary - Senior HR Business Partner
CCS| Compass Corporate Services are seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to lead a HR department through a period of change and ensure that the delivery of services are maintained to the highest standard. Reporting into the Board you'll need to be experienced partnering with Senior Management.
Overview - Senior HR Business Partner
This role requires a pro-active and forward thinking strategic thinker, someone who has a strong generalist background and understanding.
Directly reporting into the Board you'll need to be providing professional advice and support on complex, contentious and sensitive issues in line with current legislation, terms and conditions and best practice.
You'd be required to oversee the running of recruitment team, training department and a small regional HR team.
You'll lead on the full 360 strategic and operational HR function which will include succession planning, ER and complex cases, talent management, recruitment for the organisation, ensuring policies and procedures are kept up to date and accurately reflect the needs of the business etc…
Due to the nature of the role, some travel may be required and the occasional overnight stay so flexibility and willingness is essential
Essential Criteria - Senior HR Business Partner
CIPD qualified or equivalent work experience
Up to date Employment Law knowledge
Providing leadership to a HR Function
Complex ER skills
Desirable Criteria - Senior HR Business Partner
Experience with Healthcare sector
