Executive Personal Assistant (Social Care Provider)

An exciting opportunity has become available for an executive personal assistant to join a leading healthcare provider within their Midlands based head office.
You will become a pivotal part of a well respected, flourishing provider of health and social care who specialise in supported living and residential support for adults with learning disabilities, mental health diagnosis and complex care needs.
Reporting directly to the managing director, you will provide high quality administrative support. Working within this capacity, you will remain professional at all times and maintain confidentiality.
Your job role will be varied and will include extensive diary management, call handling, mainatining direct contact with the staff team across all locations, managing logistics and collating reports. You will manage incoming correspondence, accurately record minutes from all meetings and produce accurate letters.
A professional, organised and motivated individual, you will demonstrate a significant background within an executive PA capacity and ideally have obtained experience within the health and social care sector.
Applications will be considered from applicants who have secured an executive secretarial and PA Course, the Executive Assistant Diploma or equivalent.
This exciting opportunity is offering a highly competitive salary of £22000 per annum, as well as other exciting benefits.
