If so, this could be the role for you! My client is seeing an experienced PA/EA to work alongside one of the company Directors providing full EA/PA support.
This role will be working for a leading third sector business near Wakefield. You would have the satisfaction of knowing you’re part of an organisation that provides huge support and makes a real difference in people’s lives.
As an Executive Assistant, you will provide administrative support to one of our Senior Directors. This will also include acting as the first point of contact to the Director. You will be expected to keep the Director well informed, anticipate their needs and act accordingly. You will also be responsible for producing notes, reports, letters and presentations to agreed deadlines and standards. You will be responsible for full diary management, as well as booking travel and accommodation for your Director.
There may be occasional national travel.
For this role we are looking for someone who has good organisational skills, a high level of administrative/secretarial experience and very good communication skills. You will also need to be confident in dealing with people at a senior level, a team player and self-motivated. If you have worked in an environment requiring confidentiality, that is great; however if you haven’t, we would still be interested in your application.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of up to £25,000. Additional benefits include a pension, life assurance and 28 days annual leave inclusive of Bank Holidays.
Initially this position is a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract with the potential to develop into a permanent role.
