CCS | Compass Corporate Services are currently recruiting for an experienced and organised Complaints Manager for a large and well established private Healthcare provider.
Overview -Complaints Manager | Healthcare
An exciting opportunity to join a large and well known Private clinical Healthcare provider to really make a difference. We're seeking someone who is experienced with managing a large and complex caseload that has the ability to work proactively, managing and resolving complaints in order of priority.
This organisation is driven by the value of its service and being the best they can be within the sector, so it is essential that all complaints are properly managed, fully investigated and all complaints are responded to in full and to the highest standards, fairly and within the set designated time frame.
Whilst managing this caseload, you'll also need to be coaching staff across the organisation on issues and complaints raised in order to better the quality of care, service and standards to prevent these issues and complaints being raised again.
This position covers the whole organisation so the ability to travel nationally will be essential, with some over night stays required - so flexibility is essential.
Essential Criteria - Complaints Manager | Healthcare
Experience of managing a large caseload
Working within the Healthcare sector
Educated to degree level
Ability to travel nationally and flexibility for overnight stays
Fully up-to-date with the local ombudsmen policies
Full and valid driving licence
