Permanent Psychologist - Sexual Trauma Service

Permanent Psychologist required for a full time role based in Shropshire.
Due to current expansion, our client requires a Clinical Psychologist to join their Sexual Trauma Service. The client may also consider Counselling/Forensic Psychologists with relevant experience.
Start date: As soon as possible / 37.5 hours per week.
To work within a progressive Multi-Disciplinary team providing a high quality service for adolescents in residential care who have experienced significant sexual trauma. The post holder will work as a clinician on the team to ensure that children receive appropriate evidence based clinical care. This will include undertaking assessments and the provision of interventions to young people alongside care planning and providing consultation to care staff.
The successful candidate will have experience in a comprehensive range of psychological therapies (ideally DDP, CBT and DBT), risk assessment, consultation, training and supervision.
The clinical psychologist will need the ability to display leadership, provide supervision, and work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. In return we offer a competitive salary, a supportive work environment and CPD opportunities.

You will have doctoral level (or equivalent) training in clinical psychology and will have experience of working as a qualified registered Clinical Psychologist for a minimum of 2 years.
