Physiotherapist Role –
Are you a physiotherapist looking for an exciting challenge in an innovative new role with a company whom is rapidly growing and evolving? One side of our business involves working in partnership with NHS trusts supplying early supported discharge, allowing patients to continue hospital care in a home environment. We are looking for a HCPC registered Physiotherapist for our service in Redhill to provide effective and high quality support at home. As the Physiotherapist you will:
•Holistically access patients using clinical, investigative and analytical skills.
•Formulate and carry out patient-centred goal orientated treatment plans, utilising a variety of techniques and skills.
•Demonstrate well developed dexterity, co-ordination and palpatory senses for assessment and treatment.
•Ensure patients personal targets/objectives are achieved and maximise their function and level of independent living.
•Educate and advise patients and relatives/carers in the correct use of equipment to maximise independence and avoid accidents or injury.
•Record and report accurate clinical information regarding patients and their medication via defined channels.
•Maintain a high standard of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) to comply with regulations and evidence up to date knowledge and professional competency.
Who we are looking for –
We are looking for a HCPC registered physiotherapist that has completed their rotations within the NHS. You will need to have strong patient focus whilst being able to recognise personal clinical boundaries. We require you to have planning and organisational skills and be able to manage your own workload. Due to nature of the role we require you to have excellent communication skills and be assertive when needed. It is a must that you satisfy the company requirements of enhanced CRB report and that you have eligibility to work in the UK. A full UK driving licence is also a necessity.
