Interim Regional Manager (3 month FTC)
£65,000 (Pro Rata)
Compass Associates are working closely with a national care provider in recruitment for an interim Regional Manager to oversee 10 nursing homes and assist with the turnaround of these services. These homes are situated across Oxfordshire and along the M4 corridor so ideally the candidate will be located in this area. The successful applicant will need to be immediately available and have a proven Operations experience and a track record of turning around non-compliant services
The role -
Reporting into the Regional Director you will be responsible for turning the service around from inadequate.
To establish and develop links in the local community.
Marketing of the service to ensure the homes standards and reputation in the area is maintained and increased.
Responsible for assisting with recruitment, HR Issues, Training and general leadership of the homes and the staff.
The Candidate -
Proven experience within Home Management (Minimum of 1 year)
Ideally have Management qualification (NVQ Level 4 or equivalent)
Ideally have experience in dementia setting
Understanding of the compliance guidelines
Genuine passion in elderly care.

These homes are situated in Oxfordshire and is commutable from Reading, Swindon and Luton
