Priory Cheadle Royal Hospital is one of the largest hospitals in Priory Healthcare. The hospital has a diverse range of clinical services, which are spread across 12 wards, including PICU, CAMHS, Acute, Eating Disorders and Rehabilitation and Recovery. The hospital has a large clinical staff population with specialist expertise in looking after challenging and high risk behaviours.
Reporting to the Deputy Hospital Director, the role supports the provision of quality care that is provided at Priory Hospital Cheadle Royal. Supporting all members of the multidisciplinary teams, the role involves auditing and monitoring clinical intervention and overall performance, collaboratively developing action plans for quality improvement / compliance and providing feedback within the Clinical Governance arena.
The range of other responsibilities is diverse, challenging and rewarding including; developing and delivering training, actively participating in clinical and quality meetings, conducting investigations, supporting projects, mentoring and supervising others. Liaising with fellow professionals internally and externally is also a key part of the role.
