Supporting you, every step of the way
£22,456 per annum
The Spire Healthcare model is a great place in which to further your career. That’s because we invest in the professional development of our staff, providing modern facilities in which to work closely with patients. With cutting-edge treatments and techniques being utilised on a daily basis, we encourage our staff to take the time to get to know the people they’re caring for, and be on first name terms with every colleague at every level. It’s this type of thinking that is leading to us becoming a key player in the healthcare market.
Joining the department at an exciting time of growth, you will contribute to the success of the team by utilising your excellent communication skills to form tight bonds with the patients and their families and carers. Assessing their needs, you will devise and follow-through achievable treatment plans, working closely with other medical professionals to advise on the best course of action. Juggling a dynamic and varied caseload, your organisation, IT and literary skills will be necessary in order to prioritise referrals.
Of course, many patients who come to your attention will have a variety of emotional needs too. Their current life circumstances may make them initially more challenging to work with, but your positive and flexible approach will give them the encouragement they need to benefit from your previous physiotherapy experience. With a degree in the subject and HPC registered, you will have evidence of ongoing professional development in management and any relevant subjects. Crucially, you will also be able to assess, diagnose and treat musculoskeletal conditions, and your problem-solving skills will be second to none.
We’re genuinely passionate about helping our staff achieve their professional aspirations, so if you’d thrive in an environment that celebrates ambition and puts the wellbeing of the patient above all else, then we’ve got a place for you.
