Speech and Language Therapist with Dyphagia Leicestershire

An opportunity has now arisen for a dedicated Band 6 community Speech and Language Therapist to join a friendly and supportive cohort of staff in the Leicestershire area. The post will involve supporting clients with physical or mental health conditions to address their health conditions. The ideal candidate will be experienced in the assessment/management of communication in adults with Learning disabilities, autism and behaviours which challenge and ideally have experience in the assessment and management of Dysphagia.
As this will be a community role, it is ideal that the candidate is a car driver. The position is for 3 month with the likelihood of an extension.
The successful candidate will be HCPC registered with some post graduate NHS experience and available to start work within the next few weeks.
