We are a young and vibrant recruitment consultancy specialising specifically within the private Healthcare Sector. With offices in Portsmouth, London, Brighton and Manchester, we have grown to be one of the largest and leading providers of permanent staff within our specialism. Due to continued high levels of success and increased Client demand, we are now in search of expanding our Adult Social Care Team.
The position will require servicing an existing portfolio of healthcare clients as well as a focus on Business Development and will be ideal for a proven Consultant looking to develop their career, OR an excellent opportunity for someone wanting to make the first step into recruitment (Recruitment experience is preferred but not essential).
Candidates with sales experience will also be considered as full training will be given. We require candidates with the passion and drive to succeed in a competitive market place. Applicants will be organised, target driven, tenacious and motivated by substantial earning potential.
Successful applicants will be invited in the first instance for an informal meeting with the Team Manager to explore the opportunity in more depth. The second and final stage of the process will be a more formal meeting with a Director of the business.
