Your new company
Hays Healthcare are currently recruiting Healthcare Assistants to work at a private specialist clinic, that provides leading neurological care and neuro rehabilitation for people with progressive or acquired conditions. They work with residents, families, charities and the NHS to provide the highest quality care for their residents.
Your new role
You will participate as a full member of the care team in the assessing, planning, implementation and evaluation of individual care plans. Assisting residents with personal care including, washing, bathing and dressing, serving meals and assisting with feeding when necessary. Helping people to mobilise and generally assisting with patients' overall comfort. Working as part of a team, you will need to provide support to all team members to perform and deliver quality care.
What you'll need to succeed
Successful candidates will currently live in the UK, have basic English and Maths qualifications (Level 2 QCF/NVQ in Health & Social Care desirable), a minimum of 1 years' experience in Health sector, and some understanding of specialist neurological care environment. You will be compassionate and caring; honest, reliable and trustworthy; highly organised, with excellent communication and time management skills. *DBS & PoVA clearance, clean UK driving licence mandatory
