Practitioner Psychologist - Secure Services (Band 8)

We have exciting, professionally rewarding, well remunerated and career developing opportunities (full or part time) available for HCPC registered practitioner psychologists in the East of England, based at a range of site locations across Norfolk and Suffolk. These posts offer the opportunity to join the provider of one the most supported, well organised, secure mental health and personality disorder service pathways for adults with forensic histories, in the UK.
The roles, offer flexibility for gaining experience across the secure services directorate of Norfolk and Suffolk, including within Medium & Low Secure Male And Female Inpatient Services, Community Forensic Services, Criminal Justice Liaison And Diversion Services, and prison based Personality Disorder Pathway services work. One role is offered with Clinical Lead status.

Applications from HCPC registered Clinical or Forensic Psychologists are welcomed, as are applications from HCPC registered Counselling Psychologists with relevant experience gained within secure / forensic mental health settings. Ideal candidates will be trained in one or more specialist forensic assessment tools (eg HCR 20, PCL-R), in addition to a broad range of clinical psychometrics. Competitive salary and benefits are offered at NHS Band 8A / B equivalent level, negotiable dependent upon experience level of relevance.
