Stephen James Consulting are proud to be working with one of their key clients, in the recruitment for a Quality Business Partner, the Quality Business Partner will be based in the South East of England, in this pivotal role, you will be responsible for:
To train and support Home Managers and staff within the region to be equipped for CQC/Regulator inspections.
Direct quality assurance inspections to assess standards meet both the providers and the regulators requirements, in addition, to be the area coordinator for quality monitoring, quality assurance and internal inspection activities.
Ensuring prompt investigations and action on any issues identified by an external regulator and lead on any training activity required to address the issues, sourcing or delivering training as appropriate.
To monitor and evaluate continuous improvement activity in the service area and ensure sharing of best practice across the service area, collating best practice on from local champions as well as from the wider organisation
To be considered for this role of Quality Business Partner, you will need the following experience:
Have a minimum of 2 years' experience of managing Care Homes (Residential / Nursing) or Housing with Care.
Able to demonstrate an excellent understanding of care governance.
Inspecting care / housing services, investigations, presenting written/verbal evidence experience is essential.
Working knowledge in continuous improvement, managing change or taking a lead role within a service improvement environment.
Multi-site management / training experience is highly desirable.
Exceptional communion skills, with the ability to travel extensively including overnight stays.
