In Touch Recruitment are working on behalf of an established care provider to recruit an experienced Manager to take on the role of Quality Support Manager to work throughout their portfolio of Elderly Residential Care Homes throughout the North West, Yorkshire and the Midlands.
My client is an established group who have a passion for providing high standards of care within purpose built, modern and well maintained services.
As a Quality Manager you will work as part of the Senior Management team to ensure the Care Homes are providing the highest quality person centred care. Working closely with the Home Managers you will offer advice and guidance in all areas of compliance and regulations and offer advice on changes and developments to ensure each home is working to the highest standards.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years Home Management experience with a proven track record of achieving compliance and good ratings with the CQC. A Management qualification is essential in this role.
In return my client is looking to offer a competitive salary of £40,000 per annum + travel expenses.
