White Knight Recruitment are currently working with an independent charitable nursing home based in Wokingham that are looking for a HR/Admin Manager to join their team. Our client is a 40+ bedded care home that offers residential and nursing care for the elderly, as well as some sheltered housing.
As the HR/Admin Manager you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining all of the administration and HR processes, support systems and activities that facilitate the effective running of the home in accordance with statutory requirements and our clients Policies and Procedures. You will also assist with ensuring the provision of continued excellence in quality care standards in order to meet and exceed the requirements and expectations of service users.
To be considered for this position you must have prior experience within an administration or HR orientated role within a care home setting. This position is initially for a 3 month contract with a view that a permanent contract may be offered depending on job performance.
