HR & Training Manager - Birmingham - £28k

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a HR & Training Manager to work for a growing charity who provide support to adults with learning disabilities.

The HR and Training Team is based at their Head Office in Birmingham that support the delivery of social care to over 200vulnerable adults. With a workforce of 400support workers, plus managers, finance and administrative staff, we need an exceptional individual to take the lead on personnel and training.

Working along with their HR assistants, training co-ordinator and administrative staff, you will be required to:

• provide a HR service to the operational teams
• give up to date guidance on employment law and rights to line managers
• ensure we recruit the right people and train them in line with industry standards
• manage the HR and training team and our head office reception function

We are looking for someone with:

• a level 4 equivalent qualification in personnel management
• proven track record of working in a HR and staff development role
• an interest and commitment to our core business of improving the lives of vulnerable adults through high quality social care
