Healthcare Recruitment Branch Manager - West London
£30,000plus bonus
A fantastic opportunity has a risen to work for a nationwide healthcare group managing the branch in West London.
Are you a recruitment specialist? Do you have experience of recruiting within the healthcare sector? Do you have experience of growing a business and always achieving targets? If so then this is definitely the job for you!
As a Recruitment Branch manager your main duties will be:
• Managing a team of Recruitment consultants who deal with agency Domiciliary carers
• Meet with future clients to sell the service of the company and gain business for agency carers within their service
• Plan recruitment campaigns to ensure an increasing number of agency staff register with you
• Assess all client needs to ensure they receive the best service
• Ensure all consultants are fully trained and constantly achieve targets
• Visit all clients within 1 week of first using you and then once yearly
• Grow the branch business base
