Customer Advisor – St Ives Cambridgeshire

Salary - £19,126.00-£21,519.00plus excellent benefits

A fantastic opportunity has a risen to work for a nationwide charity delivering care to the elderly within their own homes.

Based in the charities busy homecare office your main duties will include:

• Liaising with new clients and ensuring they are offered a range of appropriate services
• Taking initial referrals from the council and NHS
• Arranging meetings for the Senior care workers to visit to create the care plans and risk assessments
• Dealing with cancellations and customer enquires
• Logging all information on the system
• Data entry on to the rostering system
• Ensure that all new care plans coming in are all typed and filed
• Ensure client files comply with CQC standards

NVQ level 3 is desirable but not essential. An excellent telephone manor , communication skills and IT skills are essential.

A background within Health and Social care is preferable.
