An exciting opportunity has arisen in South Wales for a Care Co-ordinator for a leading and reputable care provider.

As a Care Co-ordinator you will be responsible for the rostering of the Care workers to ensure they provide a quality service. You must be able to support growing the business by providing a flexible, responsive and caring service to the local authority and private service users

You will be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff at all levels and provide excellent standards of customer care whilst working in a fast moving environment.
As Care Coordinator you will be expected to coordinator around 1000+ Domiciliary care hours.

You must have excellent communication skills. Previous administrative experience and computer skills essential. You should have a sound understanding of good care principles. Previous care experience would be an advantage.

Experience

• Least 2 years experience
• Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care
• Computer literate

Salary
• £17,500- £20,000depending on experience
• Great career progression
