An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Service Manager with experience in the field of neuro/rehabilitation/challenging behaviour as a result of brain injury to join an exclusive Domiciliary Care provider in North London.

My client’s home care services have been specifically designed to meet the needs of those with dementia, physical disabilities, brain injuries, learning disabilities and neurological conditions.

The Service Manager will be responsible for the acquired brain injury homecare service based in North London. The post will be 50% clinical and 50% managerial

Experience

• Extensive experience in neuro/rehabilitation/challenging behaviour (Essential)
• Over 3 years management experience
• The ability to organise, coach and lead staff effectively
• Be energetic and highly motivated
• Excellent communication skills
